Off-Season workouts for all returning and new members of Tallahassee Zoom will begin on Tuesday, November 6th. Workouts will be held on Tuesday and Thursday of each week and focus on running mechanics, conditioning, and overall strength and agility.

Embrace Champions’ offers a comprehensive, age-appropriate training program designed to allow our athletes to make maximum gains this off-season! 'Embrace Fitness, Embrace Champions' will provide dynamic training, focusing on sprinting techniques, explosive plyometric techniques, and speed and strength development.
The program is designed for athletes of all skill level, who are committed to see gains and improving! The program is high intensity and athletes must be committed to the work, giving maximum effort every day.
The program will run October through December at a cost of $40/athlete, with each additional athlete being $10 per month
