Help Support ZOOM Nation
Tallahassee Zoom is a non-profit, 501c3 youth track organization that provides track and field for youth ages 6 to 18. The club was founded and established in January 2010 is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and USA Track & Field (USATF) and we are committed to providing youth a robust training program that enhances their athletic abilities. Since our humble beginnings, Zoom has experienced great success including producing 150 National All-American athletes, as well as 33 National Champions!
This year, our athletes are training in preparation for the right to compete at the USATF National Jr Olympics in Eugene, OR and the AAU Jr Olympics, to be contested in Des Moines, IA. The meets take place in late July 2023, and while we are sure our athletes will be ready to compete with the best the nation has to offer, the financial strain of these trips is difficult to overlook. The club travel expenses include but are not limited to: hotel, gas, and food for the athletes and coaches who volunteer their time.
Currently, we have a club fundraising goal of $32,000 to help defray these costs.
Here’s how you can help! We are asking you to support us in our continuing efforts to provide the youth of Tallahassee continued exposure to track and field by becoming a sponsor for the 2022 season, including the annual Tallahassee Zoom Invitational, which sees thousands of athletes from all over Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina descend on the Capital City for a great day of track and field competition! No amount is too small and any donation would be greatly appreciated.
If you’d like to learn more about our organization, feel free to visit us on Facebook or on our website, Tallahasseezoom.org, to see the impact we have had on our growing track and field community! It is our hope that you will give strong consideration in becoming a Tallahassee ZOOM Track Club sponsor for the 2023 season.
Thank you for your support.
